E6 Zurich Study Participants of the SwissPrEPared study

The aim of these studies is to investigate the spread of coronavirus infections in these population groups (Spitex employees, employees in nursing homes, people on opioid agonist therapy, and people at increased risk of HIV infection). Blood was taken from the participants to search for corona virus antibodies. In addition, the participants also had the opportunity to report on their well-being and potential new corona virus infections in weekly and monthly questionnaires for a period of 6 months up to one year. This way we will learn more about the long-term consequences of a coronavirus infection. According to current planning, we expect test phases in summer and autumn 2020.
