F3 COV-RISK Nursing Homes – Staff

COV-RISK Nursing Homes Staff aims to estimate the seroprevalence of the staff in a sample of Ticino's elderly homes (CpA) and assesses the impact of the pandemic on health and well-being and work aspects. Included are 450 operators of the CpA, belonging to different structures in Ticino and belonging to heterogeneous professional categories. The study aims for monitoring the seroprevalence of staff over the long term, with repeated blood draws on at least four occasions over 12 months, as well as the regular completion of questionnaires.
